Jack W. Stevens, 83, of Midland, Texas, formerly of Uvalde, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2008, in the Mabee Health Care Center. Jack, known by many as “Jay,” was born Nov. 6, 1924, in Mission to Robert H. and Veda (Robbins) Stevens. He was the fifth of seven children.
